It's Here!

I've been so excited ever since Meg Fish announced she was going to launch a new site. Knowing her eye for impeccable taste and details, I knew it was bound to be something good...and when I headed over there this morning it did not disappoint! The site is dreamy both in design and of course her beautiful photos!

BUT. I did want to announce that HE'S HERE! Isaac Neal Wilson-and we are all so in love!

Thank you to all our guests! We really appreciated each and every one of you taking the time to come celebrate our 3rd little boy with us!

We had (surprisingly) lots of family who...flaked...and needless to say we felt very hurt by their absence!

We are however grateful to our family and friends who took the time to be with us and thank you for ALL the gifts!

Baby Shower

So. I woke up with a horrible headache the day of my baby shower. I was very stressed thinking that maybe I wouldn't be able to make it! 2 extra strength tylenols and a morning of staying bed seemed to help and I am happy to report I was able to attend and wasn't in a ton of pain! :)

Billy designed the baby shower invites (of course) and then we expanded off the vintage feel. Wish I had been feeling better and gotten better pictures but I am thankful we had fun and now it's done!

Coming out of my cocoon...

Being pregnant does not sit well with me. I am an awful pregnant person and I always get the best of it: all day morning sickness, headaches that turn into migraines, nausea, vomiting...all that great stuff that comes with growing a baby!

Well, we are 13 weeks now and I am starting to feel a bit better. Had a couple bouts of dehydration thanks to some migraines that left me in the hospital, but I think this second trimester will do me better than the first!

So here I am...all prego and looking like I should be in my third trimester! Yikes!!! Still got way too long to go!


Happy Valentine's Day everyone!

so, so sick.

today i woke up and was buckling micah up to take colby to school when i realized there was glass everywhere.

our car got broken into during the night and my louis vuitton was stolen along with all my credit cards/bankcards and checks.

I was obviously sick about it and not feeling good thanks to the pregnancy.

After a whirlwind morning of calling the cops, insurance, and banks as well as private stores i had cards with, i just told myself i needed some rest.

as soon as my head hit the pillow i bolted up.

my wedding ring. i left my wedding ring in my purse. i took it off to get my eyebrows threaded and i had been feeling swollen thanks to the baby, so i took it off and now it is gone.

i am so sad i can't even put it in words.
